The privacy policy (4 Jun 2026) names Novi Limited in Nicosia, Cyprus, as data controller. It says your text and voice messages are used 'to develop its AI', and lists advertising and analytics cookies from Google, Meta, Microsoft and Yahoo.
You can delete your profile on the website or ask support; the policy warns that data already shared with others may remain. No retention period is given.
To cancel Premium, go to Settings › My Subscriptions and choose the subscription; it ends at the end of the billing period. You can only cancel on the website where you bought it.
Refunds are narrow: no refunds for partial periods or used Neurons.
